Fillmore County Medical Center is is independently owned and operated by the physician/owners of the clinic.  Three of the five physicians purchased the clinic from Fillmore County Hospital in November, 2004.  The clinic is attached to the hospital and was built new in 1999.  We have five board certified Family Physicians and one certified Physician Assistant to serve all of your health care needs.  All family members from the youngest to the oldest are welcome in our practice.  We also offer obstetrical care including the ability to do Cesarean Sections.  Call today to schedule an appointment.

John R. Jacobsen

Dr. Jacobsen is a Family Practitioner at Fillmore County Medical Center in Geneva, NE. He is affiliated with Fillmore County hospital. Dr. Jacobsen received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2000 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, completed his internship in 2002 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, and completed his residency in 2003 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Jason L. Bespalec, MD

Dr. Bespalec is a Family Practitioner at Fillmore County Medical Center in Geneva, NE.  He is affiliated with Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, NE.  He is certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is licensed in the State of Nebraska.  Dr. Bespalec received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1995 from the University of Nebraska.  He completed his internship in 1995, his residency in 1997 and his fellowship in 1998, all at the University Hospital in Omaha, NE.

Jeffery R. Hollis, MD

Dr. Hollis is a Family Practitioner at Fillmore County Medical Center in Geneva, NE.  He is affiliated with Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, NE.  He is certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is licensed in the State of Nebraska.  Dr. Hollis received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1981 from St. Louis University Medical School in St. Louis, MO and completed his residency in 1984 at the Lincoln Family Practice Residency Program in Lincoln, NE.  He is also a member of the following professional organizations: American Medical Association, Christian Medical and Dental Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Nebraska Medical Association.
